Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between Jigby Training Solutions Ltd and the Customer.

Formation of Contract: A binding contract is established upon Jigby Training Solutions Ltd receipt of a completed booking form.

Training Courses: Training Services & Location: Unless specified otherwise, Jigby Training conducts training at the Customer's proposed venue. Date and Venue: Training sessions will be conducted on the specified date(s) as outlined in the quotation. The training environment must be conducive to practical activities and meet Health & Safety standards. Training Materials: Jigby will supply all necessary training materials unless otherwise specified.

Booking Procedure: Bookings can be made via website email, or telephone. Additional travel expenses may apply to specific locations. Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the completed booking form.

Learners: Attire and Conduct: Learners must dress appropriately for practical sessions and bring necessary materials for note-taking. Jigby reserves the right to remove disruptive learners. Jigby does not guarantee successful course completion. Refunds will not be issued to unsuccessful and absent learners.

Identification: Delegates must present photographic identification to the trainer.

Booking Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation Charges: Cancellation charges apply as follows: More than 28 days' notice: No charge Between 7 and 28 days' notice: 50% charge Less than 7 days' notice: 100% charge Non-Attendance: No refunds will be given for delegates who fail to attend without prior notice.

Cancellation: Jigby Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions. In such cases, a full refund will be provided if payment has been made in advance.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required as per the instructions on the booking form. Late Payments: Interest and compensation for debt recovery costs may be charged in accordance with late payment legislation. Payment Methods: Payments are to be made via BACS or website.
